Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
- Pass a background check and clear a drug screen
- Be able to stand for the full duration of the shift
- Be available to work in a 38-degree cold room when necessary
- Work well with a diverse, international team
- Comprehend verbal and written specifications in English
- Possess basic math skills
- Must work a flexible schedule in a 24-hour operation, 7 days a week
- Willingness to pay union dues after 60 days
- Availability for full-time work including weekends and holidays
- Ability to complete application and orientation in English
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds occasionally, 50+ pounds frequently, and 10+ pounds consistently
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist repeatedly and stand for 8 to 12 hours a day

Job Duties
- Understand and fill requisition sheets for equipment and food
- Decant ingredients as required
- Kit all ingredients based on airline menu specifications
- Deliver items by cart and hand to food preparation stations
- Follow runner routes and understand individual work cell designs
- Maintain full understanding of the KAN BAN system
- Read and understand master production schedules and stock replenishment plans
- Lift 30 to 40 pounds to shoulder height as part of daily tasks
