Job Requirements

  • Must be detail-oriented

  • Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds frequently

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • Minimum of 3 years fine-dining or hotel kitchen experience
  • Experience across Garde Manger, Fry, Sautee, and Grill stations
  • Strong knife skills
  • Ability to read and execute prep lists and POS tickets
  • Serve Safe certified
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume kitchen environments with a positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented with professionalism and warm demeanor

Job Duties

  • Prepare food at Garde Manger station including cold appetizers and raw bar
  • Cook dishes at Fry station including vegetables and proteins
  • Prepare meals at Sautee station with pasta, seafood, and vegetables
  • Manage Grill station cooking meats, poultry, and vegetables
  • Execute and maintain quality and consistency of dishes according to recipes and company standards
  • Follow all kitchen safety protocols and maintain cleanliness
  • Support service team to meet guest needs in a timely manner
