Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • Minimum of 3 years of fine-dining restaurant or hotel cooking experience
  • Pastry production experience with handmade gelatos, sorbets, pastries, custards, and cookies
  • Strong knife skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional appearance and behavior
  • Serve Safe Certified
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain quality under pressure
  • Punctual, regular and reliable

  • Prepare handmade gelatos, sorbets, pastries, custards, and cookies
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to safety and proper food storage measures
  • Ensure quality and consistency of food by following recipes and company standards
  • Read, understand, and execute prep lists and POS tickets
  • Support the service team to meet guest needs in a timely manner
  • Follow kitchen schedules, par lists, prep lists, and opening/closing procedures
  • Maintain professionalism and a warm, friendly demeanor throughout shifts
