Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer-facing roles
- Must have experience with OpenTable
- Ability to handle high-volume environments
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

- Ability to use spreadsheets and other tools for reservations and event management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a service-oriented or administrative customer-facing role
