Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer-facing or service-oriented role
- Proficiency with OpenTable
- Ability to handle high-volume, fine-dining environment
- Strong phone communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible schedules including irregular hours, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Physical stamina to exert 50 pounds of force frequently, be on feet for entire shifts, work in hot and cold environments
- Able to lift, carry, push, pull, reach, stoop, kneel as required
- Able to carry multiple hot plates with grace
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a service-oriented or administrative customer-facing position
- Experience with OpenTable reservation system
- Strong customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Ability to carry 3 hot plates comfortably and with grace
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment
- Punctual, regular, and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Job Duties
- Manage reservation calls and confirm guest requests
- Handle lost items, lost credit cards, messages for managers, complaints, and large party requests using spreadsheets
- Field event and regular voicemails and complete event inquiries with guests over the phone
- Use OpenTable to make reservations and manage reservation waitlists
- Provide polished telephone etiquette and greetings
- Support service team by assisting with guest needs in a timely manner
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior while assisting with service demands in the bar and dining room
