Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in service or administrative customer-facing role
  • Experience with OpenTable
  • Ability to carry 3 hot plates comfortably
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume situations with professionalism
  • Maintain flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Ability to work standing for entire shifts
  • Must be warm, friendly, and hospitable
  • Proficient in handling phones and guest communications
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Excellent memory and detail orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a service-oriented or administrative role in a customer-facing environment
  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • OpenTable experience required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle high-volume service
  • Clear thinker capable of remaining calm and resolving problems with good judgment

Job Duties

  • Manage reservations and guest inquiries using OpenTable
  • Answer department telephone with proper greeting and telephone etiquette
  • Make calls for the following day's reservations, noting requests and confirming offerings
  • Field event and regular voicemails and complete event inquiries over the phone
  • Support the service team by assisting with guest needs promptly
  • Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times
  • Walk efficiently through the bar and dining room to assist with service demands
