Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine-dining or high-volume bar environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Capacity to stand and be on feet for entire shifts
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and special events
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year fine-dining busser, runner, or barback experience
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication skills with ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible and irregular hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Support the bar and service team to maintain smooth operation
- Carry and stock bar supplies and equipment
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Handle high volume tasks with efficiency and professionalism
- Ensure timely replenishment of beverages and garnishes
- Communicate effectively with team members to anticipate service needs
- Uphold a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times
