Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment
- prior sewing experience helpful
- experience with computerized Point of Sale (POS) system
- ability to stand walk and sit for extended periods
- manual dexterity for sewing and operating POS
- ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and resolve customer issues

Job Duties
- Welcome customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over phone virtual chat and in person
- use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star customer experience
- meet all service vows including prepare welcome meet needs and be there
- provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers and contribute to five-star customer service achievement
- communicate alterations importance and promote services
- maintain store standards cleanliness organization and promotional readiness
- greet escort customers to and from alterations appointments
- press steam and spot clean merchandise
- follow quality control guidelines and inspect garments
- build long-term customer relationships
- support inventory management by processing special orders pick-ups and first quality standards
- process transactions accurately at cash wrap and support cash wrap behaviors
- seek assistance from Alterations Manager for unresolved issues
- maintain clean organized alterations room
- perform duties assigned by store management
