Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in client-facing legal role preferred
  • Proficient in data entry and management
  • Strong computer and keyboarding experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Capable of prolonged sitting and lifting up to 15 pounds

Job Duties

  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files throughout litigation
  • Verify lien activity and ensure all final lien statements are received and saved
  • Review balance verifications and ensure proof of resolution is documented
  • Audit settlement and disbursal documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Coordinate with case teams and paralegals to keep files updated
  • Track outstanding tasks and ensure file readiness for disbursement
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors effectively
