Job Duties
- Responsible for event setup as it pertains to Churchill Downs equipment and furniture
- performs setups throughout the facility by moving furniture such as stacks of chairs, tables, and other items individually or by cart
- setup, strike, and reset rooms and areas around the racetrack
- maintain, move, and keep inventory of furniture and commodities like tables, chairs, stanchions, pipe and drape, signage
- move and set bike racks
- move and set wristband boxes
- temporary signage placement when necessary
- ability and willingness to become forklift certified
- ability to work weekends and different hours during racing season
- assist in maintaining off-site warehouse
- other duties as assigned
