- high school diploma or GED required
- six months experience working with seniors in activities or life enrichment preferred
- associate's degree preferred

Job Duties
- perform event set-up of tables, chairs, microphones and speakers as needed for the lifestyle and food and beverage departments
- maintain inventory of event set-up materials including tables, chairs, table coverings, and any other essential item of day-to-day set-up operations
- provide coverage of concierge desks when needed for breaks and call-offs to include answering phones, greeting visitors and assisting residents with questions
- on a daily basis deliver packages throughout the community to resident apartments
- assist with removal and replacement of exterior resort furniture as required due to weather and seasonal changes
- occasionally assist with valet parking, to include obtaining keys from the resident and parking the car in a designated parking spot and when the car owner returns, retrieve the car and help them inside
