Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of experience in facilities hospitality or event coordination
- Basic knowledge of audiovisual and conferencing technology
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift and move furniture and equipment up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Reliable punctual and detail-oriented

Job Duties
- Prepare conference rooms and event spaces according to specifications including furniture arrangement technology setup signage and supplies
- Ensure audiovisual equipment video conferencing tools and presentation materials are functioning properly troubleshoot basic technical issues or escalate as needed
- Collaborate with workplace teams catering and vendors to support meetings trainings and special events
- Monitor and maintain stock of meeting supplies such as markers flip charts cables adapters report low inventory or request replenishments
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure all spaces are clean organized and ready for use
- Respond promptly to setup requests and last-minute changes with professionalism and flexibility
- Follow safety protocols and ensure all setups meet company standards and accessibility requirements
- Assist with general workplace operations and support as needed
