Job Duties
- Engages with team members and guests
- Maintains a strong presence in the dining room, bar, and front door to ensure guest satisfaction and execution of service steps
- Oversees learning and development of hourly team members
- Organizes scheduling for front of house team members
- Interviews and hires front of house team members to maintain staffing goals
- Manages bar inventory and ordering
- Conducts bi-weekly inventory of wine, liquor, and beer
- Partners with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations
