Job Duties

  • Engages with team members and guests
  • Maintains a strong presence in the dining room, bar, and front door to ensure guest satisfaction and execution of service steps
  • Oversees learning and development of hourly team members
  • Organizes scheduling for front of house team members
  • Interviews and hires front of house team members to maintain staffing goals
  • Manages bar inventory and ordering
  • Conducts bi-weekly inventory of wine, liquor, and beer
  • Partners with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations
