Job Duties
- Performs general custodial and maintenance tasks in cleaning, painting, repairing, and replenishing supplies in restrooms, locker rooms and other public facility structures
- Cleans debris and refuse from city property regularly and in response to emergency cleanup orders
- Empties trash receptacles, cleans windows, bathrooms, or other cleaning tasks as directed
- Operates equipment and vehicles such as mechanical tools and trucks, and performs routine maintenance on assigned equipment, i.e., cleaning, changing oil, lubricating, adjusting
- May be required to operate a motor vehicle in performance of assigned tasks
- Performs other related duties as required
