Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- physical capacity to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner, free of debris and fluid leaks
- regularly check to ensure all vehicles in the parking lot are locked and secure
- assist in moving disabled vehicles in or around the service department
- retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot when directed
- inspect vehicle and record any damage on the repair order upon intake
- deliver keys and repair order copies to the appropriate group leader's workstation
- inspect each vehicle for lot damage before returning to customer and report any damage
- keep service drive traffic flowing by parking vehicles in designated areas after service write-up
- install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags in vehicles taken for service
- remove the protective covers before returning vehicles to customers
- wash all vehicles before delivery to clients
- inspect and clean vehicles for grease or stains
- keep waste cans emptied and haul bulky waste to the dumpster
- shuttle clients to and from the dealership as required
- report any safety or security issues immediately to management
- adhere to work schedule and be ready at work station on time
- comply with all safety rules and use necessary protective equipment
- follow the established dress code policy
- safeguard customer and dealer information per policy
- exemplify organizational culture and hold others accountable
- accomplish tasks as assigned
- perform other related duties as may be assigned
