Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to manage multiple applications at once
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to learn and operate various computer programs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Pass background screening requirements

Job Duties
- Contact customers after service visits to check on experience
- Manage customer experience while in the dealership for service
- Customer status updates
- Check out customers when completing loaner agreements
- Assist in check out process
- Shuttling customers when needed
- Assist and port vehicles on Service Drive as needed
- Computes customer bills
- Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers
- Records amount received
- Makes change and issues receipts to customers
- Reconciles cash drawer daily
- Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased or refer them to someone who can
- Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and when necessary refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution
- Provides clerical and secretarial assistance to departments as needed
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Keeps work area neat and clean
- Other duties that may be assigned
