Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills with ability to manage multiple applications at once
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Prior sales or customer service experience a plus
- Ability to learn and operate various computer programs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Pass background screening requirements

Job Duties
- Contact customers after service visits to check on experience
- Manage customer experience while in the dealership for service
- Customer status updates
- Check out customers when completing loaner agreements
- Assist in check out process
- Shuttling customers when needed
- Assist and port vehicles on Service Drive as needed
- Compute customer bills
- Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers
- Record amount received
- Make change and issue receipts to customers
- Reconcile cash drawer daily
- Answer customer questions about service performed or products purchased or refer them to someone who can
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and when necessary refer dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution
- Provide clerical and secretarial assistance to departments as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Keep work area neat and clean
- Perform other duties that may be assigned
