Job Duties
- Cleans the service and shop bay areas
- helps track trucks and vehicles by recording customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage
- maintains a clean and safe service drive and shop area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
- drives customers to their homes or places of business or delivers vehicles to guests as needed
- uses good judgment and safe driving skills
- operates radio or similar device to communicate with dealership team
- cleans service waiting area
- empties and cleans all trash receptacles
- maintains professional discretion
- works in various weather conditions (indoor and outdoor)
- maintains a friendly attitude while providing quality customer service for guests
