Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid Texas Driver's License
- Must be able to drive a standard vehicle (manual transmission)
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions
- Availability to work long hours and a varying schedule
- Ability to efficiently multitask in a quickly changing environment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Maintain professional appearance and work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in valet driving or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Good physical fitness to handle outdoor work and vehicle parking duties
Job Duties
- Promptly greet all vehicle passengers arriving at the front drive by opening all occupied vehicle doors and offering them a warm, sincere welcome
- Open and close all vehicle doors for guests and visitors arriving at or departing the location
- Efficiently and safely park all vehicles in designated areas, ensuring each vehicle has been locked while in our possession and keys have been secured in valet booth
- Monitor and maintain the appearance and overall cleanliness of the front drive and parking areas
- Always speak professionally and graciously, smile, and maintain eye contact
- Safely run and jog to and from parking areas when retrieving and parking vehicles
- Shuttle clients to and from the dealership
- Manage the valet podium, handle keys, distribute claim tickets, organize vehicle parking, direct traffic as needed
- Work well within a team to serve customers promptly
