Job Requirements

  • must be at least eighteen years of age
  • must have a valid driver’s license
  • must be able to pass pre employment screening including background and drug
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

  • greet clients
  • escort client to appropriate member
  • park cars in designated areas
  • retrieve cars for clients
  • find and install license plates
  • notify assistant service manager or estimator if client is waiting
  • keep service drive free of vehicles
  • maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
  • alert manager to any damage to clients’ vehicles
  • maintain cleanliness of service drive and make sure it is clear of debris
  • drive clients to requested destination as needed
  • assist clients at the car wash and Express Pay podium
  • help with car wash as needed
