Job Requirements

- Customer service experience is strongly preferred

- Drive and park guest vehicles with the utmost care
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, addressing their inquiries and concerns

- Assist service advisors by efficiently coordinating vehicle movements, sharing important updates on vehicle status, and helping ensure smooth operations
- Perform longer drives when necessary, ensuring safe transport of vehicles
- Engage in open and honest communication with team members to guarantee a smooth process from start to finish
