Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
- At least 2 years of automotive valet services experience
- Ability to maneuver vehicles safely in lot
- Follows all key security procedures
- Ability to take direction and perform tasks efficiently and safely
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- Must be able to work 100 percent on-site
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
- At least 2 years of automotive valet services experience
- Proficient with customer service skills
- Ability to interact and communicate with coworkers and customers
- Ability to maneuver vehicles safely in lot
- Follows all key security procedures
- Ability to take direction and perform tasks efficiently and safely
- Excellent guest relations skills
- Ability to train other valet services personnel
- Ability to oversee vehicle inventory scans
- Proficient with core valet services responsibilities including preparing vehicles for delivery, maintaining lots, inspecting for damage, minimizing congestion, monitoring areas, securing vehicles and keys, and operating vehicles safely
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
Job Duties
- Install and remove disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags in all vehicles brought in for service
- Ensure cleanliness of vehicles before delivery to customers including washing and vacuuming
- Drive vehicles from service lane to proper places in the service parking lot
- Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
- Ensure all vehicles in the service parking lot are kept locked
- Assist in moving disabled vehicles in or around the service department
- Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot as needed
- Deliver and pick up guests as needed
- Help maintain a professional appearance of the service departments and the courtesy van
- Inspect each vehicle for lot damage during service stay
- Record any external vehicle damage and vehicle information on check-in sheet and submit to designated personnel
- Follow all company safety policies, operations, and practices
- Assist in all other areas of the service department as needed
- Maintain high ethical standards
- Maintain professional appearance at all times
