Job Duties
- Perform general service lane duties including greeting guests within 1 minute of arrival
- check battery and lights on vehicles, turn steering wheel fully and apply protective materials as needed
- ensure clean rental vehicles are available
- move vehicles to correct locations for service or storage
- transfer completed vehicles to guests timely as instructed by advisors
- open lot by rolling up gates and disengaging locks
- prepare showroom for guests including turning on lights and starting coffee service
- organize and maintain driveway supplies and showroom cleanliness
- ensure lower lot is used efficiently
- adhere to Tony Group standards including SMILE, GREET, HELP, THANK, and GOLD protocols
- ensure vehicle security by locking doors and windows
