Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must successfully pass a comprehensive background screening
Must successfully pass a motor vehicle record review
Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs
Must be available for full time work and able to fill in shifts when needed
Ability to conform to company policy regarding non-discrimination and harassment
Regular attendance and timeliness are essential

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and maneuvering vehicles
Ability to follow safety procedures related to vehicle handling and chemical use
Strong communication skills
Dependability and punctuality
Ability to work cooperatively with team members

Job Duties

Facilitate the flow of vehicles through the service drive, parking lot and between facilities
Drive vehicles through car wash system, performing and/or assisting with the car wash process
Clean the interior glass of the vehicle and dust the interior console area
Fuel and clean loaner cars daily under direction of valet supervisor
Transport sales demo cars back to designated storage at the warehouse
Report to management in the required chain of command
Perform other duties such as car wash, shuttle driving, team leader tasks, and shop maintenance
Maintain all outside parking lots
Drive in a safe and legal manner
Maintain good customer and employee relations
