Job Duties
- Greets all guests with a smile, communicating with customers courteously, efficiently, and professionally
- takes initiative, following company protocol and procedures
- retrieves vehicle history files, assigns sequence number, and obtains/verifies customer and vehicle data
- follows up with guests throughout the on-site visit, providing status updates and ensuring utmost satisfaction
- embraces technology and software
- supports the Sales and Service teams, connecting with team members to build positive partnerships
- builds and maintains a strong rapport with all clients, resolving customer concerns and complaints
- maintains vehicle service history and department correspondence files
- ensures the lounge is clean and stocked with supplies and refreshments
- performs other duties as assigned
