Job Duties
- Greet Acura customers promptly and professionally upon arrival and assist with service check-in
- Safely park, retrieve, and stage customer vehicles in accordance with dealership and Acura guidelines
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient service drive and parking areas
- Perform basic vehicle inspections (mileage, fuel level, exterior condition) and report findings to cashier
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and porters to ensure timely vehicle movement
- Follow all safety procedures and protect customer vehicles at all times
- Provide a courteous, polished, and luxury-level experience that reflects the Acura brand
