Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record according to company policy
- Ability to pass comprehensive background screening
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Physical ability to handle lifting up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Prior customer service experience preferred

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to interact positively and professionally with customers
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting and prolonged standing
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers and steam cleaners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greeting customers upon arrival welcoming them to the dealership directing the customer where to check in
- Maintaining customer relations in a polite and respectful manner
- Navigating and directing vehicles through the service drive
- Perform other duties directed by the supervisor or service manager
- Use cleaning equipment including pressure washers steam cleaning equipment water hoses and buckets
- Handle and safely use cleaning chemicals following all safety directives
- Assist with physical tasks including intermittent standing walking stooping kneeling crouching lifting up to 50 pounds pushing pulling twisting turning reaching handling climbing balancing and crawling
