Job Duties
- Safely transport customer vehicles to and from service bays, parking areas, and customer parking lots
- assist with the vehicle check-in and check-out process
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking areas
- provide courteous and professional customer service at all times
- communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to support workflow
- perform basic vehicle inspections and report any concerns to service staff
