Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch frequently
- Ability to maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene
- Available to fill in shifts whenever possible
- Successful completion of background screening and motor vehicle record review
- Adherence to company policies on non-discrimination and harassment
- Regular attendance and timeliness
- Ability to wear required uniform and follow dress code
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid Washington State driver’s license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to interact positively with customers and team members
- Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Facilitate the flow of vehicles through the service drive, parking lot and between facilities
- Drive vehicles through car wash system, performing and/or assisting with the car wash process
- Clean the interior glass of the vehicle and dust the interior console area
- Fuel and clean loaner cars daily under direction of valet supervisor
- Transport sales demo cars back to designated storage at the warehouse
- Report to management in the following order: Valet Supervisor on duty, service support manager, assistant service manager, service manager, and general manager
- Perform other duties as directed or scheduled such as car wash, shuttle driver, team leader, shop maintenance
