- Experience driving customer-focused service in a high-volume retail or automotive environment

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with vehicle parking and retrieval
- Ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles within the service department
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians regarding vehicle status
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet and service areas
- Monitor vehicle condition and report any issues or damage
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience
- Assist with various service department tasks as needed
