Job Duties
- Greet customers professionally and courteously in person and by phone
- Connect customers promptly with appropriate dealership team members
- Manage telephone switchboard and handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Enter basic customer demographic information into sales control system accurately
- Assist sales and service teams during events and peak periods
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to customers
- Support teamwork and collaboration within the dealership environment
