Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service or automotive experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate vehicles including those with manual transmission
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Dependable and punctual
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
Job Qualifications
- Customer service or lot attendant experience is helpful but not required
- A positive, helpful attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be a dependable team player
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to safely operate vehicles of various sizes
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Job Duties
- Assist with vehicle flow within the dealership as service tickets are generated, maintaining organization of customer vehicles in the service areas
- Maintain service vehicles including gas, oil, water, and tires
- Maintain inventory of service supplies such as key tags, floor mats, seat covers
- Help uphold the appearance and cleanliness of the service drive and shop areas
- Provide courtesy washes as requested
