Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Clean and acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel and crouch frequently
- Willingness to adhere to company dress code and uniform policy
- Must be able to work full time
- Successful completion of background screening and motor vehicle record review
- Compliance with company non-discrimination and harassment policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Prior experience in customer service or valet services preferred
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and legally
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols and handling of chemicals
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance desirable
Job Duties
- Facilitate the flow of vehicles through the service drive, parking lot and between facilities
- Drive vehicles through car wash system, performing and/or assisting with the car wash process
- Clean the interior glass of the vehicle and dust the interior console area
- Fuel and clean loaner cars daily under the direction of valet supervisor
- Transport sales demo cars back to designated storage at the warehouse
- Report to management and valet supervisor on duty
- Perform other job duties as assigned including car wash, shuttle driver, team leader, and shop maintenance
- Maintain all outside parking lots
- Drive in a safe and legal manner
- Maintain good customer and employee relations
- Report all important customer comments to management
- Maintain high level of personal cleanliness, hygiene, grooming and appearance
- Wear required uniform and follow dress code
- Maintain clean driving record and current driver's license
- Be available to fill in shifts whenever possible
- Regular attendance and timeliness
- Work in cooperative, positive and professional manner with all personnel
- Treat members of the public and customers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner
- Must conform to company policy regarding non-discrimination and harassment
