Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in mechanical or automotive repair
- Ability to use various hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting and operating equipment
- Own tools required

Job Duties
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment
- Complete all daily tasks assigned by the Operations Manager
- Assist in setting up and dispatching vehicles and equipment to customers
- Follow company service procedures and safety practices
- Perform regular inspections of equipment for safety compliance and maintenance-related defects
- Immediately report damaged equipment to the Operations Manager
- Replace solid and pneumatic tires as needed
- Recover disabled equipment
- Clean inside and outside of tractor regularly
- Add oil and gasoline and inspect for damage
- Dispatch and retrieve terminal tractors and trailers for customers
- Document work hours and parts utilized
- Comply with company and agency policies and maintain a safe work environment
- Wear required personal protective equipment
- Provide own tools
