Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license
  • ability to carry 50 pounds by hand
  • unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn and reach
  • ability to climb up and down a ladder up to 20 feet
  • meet fleet safety requirements and maintain a clean driving record
  • capability to work in a team environment
  • strong problem solving for install and service issues
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • vocational training preferred
  • experience with mechanical and electrical duties
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to work effectively within a team
  • problem-solving skills in installation and service contexts
  • familiarity with safety regulations and compliance
  • proficient in using mobile technology applications

Job Duties

  • Install and maintain products in a safe, timely, and accurate manner
  • meet and control operational goals and timelines such as service labor per hour and 5S standards
  • comply with local and federal regulations including DOT, OSHA, and HACCP
  • maintain proper parts, supplies, and paperwork in company vehicles
  • communicate effectively with customers to ensure product performance meets expectations
  • provide customer service, training, and coaching on systems
  • use iPhone apps to manage parts, customer notes, and timekeeping
  • perform night installation work as needed based on schedule
