Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving manual dexterity
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- legal right to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well in a team
- customer service experience is a plus
- ability to follow instructions and procedures

Job Duties
- Work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask
- connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals by taking orders and handling payments
- prepare all of McDonald's World-Famous food by cooking food and assembling orders
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- keep the restaurant looking phenomenal
