Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic math skills for handling cash and payments
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for customer service and food safety
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Work in a fast-paced environment able to multitask
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals by taking orders and handling payments
- Prepare all of McDonald's world-famous food by cooking and assembling orders
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking phenomenal
