Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards
- greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner
- continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction
- assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures, including preparation and assembly of various menu items such as shredding chicken, preparing salsa, dressing, and condiment packing
- process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales
