Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- obtain Food Handler Certification
- able to perform essential job functions
- previous customer service or food service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards
- greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner
- continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction
- assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures including preparation and assembly of menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa/dressing, and condiment packing
- process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales
- perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations
