Job Requirements
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours
- Be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with our guests
- Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission Alcohol Service Permit
- Oregon Food Handlers Card

- No previous restaurant experience required
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with guests
- Possession of Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission Alcohol Service Permit
- Possession of Oregon Food Handlers Card
Job Duties
- Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival
- Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift
- Pre-bus finished plates in front of guests and offer to retrieve boxes for leftover food
- Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for the next course
- Clear tables after guests leave and transport tableware to dish area
- Circle and check the entire dining area, cleaning as required
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate them to servers or manager as needed
