Job Requirements
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- walk or stand 100% of shift
- must be at least 16 years of age
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
- restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- friendly demeanor with ability to smile frequently while working various shifts
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
Job Duties
- Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- maintains bus stand cleanliness and stocking
- ensures wait stations remain clean
- empties trash and spot sweeps floors as needed
- performs opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown duties
- restocks and prepares supplies for shift change or close
- ensures food is properly garnished before serving
- follows tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely delivery
- buses and resets tables
- delivers food to tables and ensures guests have everything they need
- assists guests by clearing dishes and glassware and refilling beverages
- assists in party setup
- maintains cleanliness of restrooms and restocks supplies
- cleans high chairs and booster seats
- assists other team members as needed
