Job Requirements
- work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- walk or stand 100% of shift
- must be at least 16 years of age

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- maintain bus stand cleanliness and stock supplies
- ensure wait stations remain clean
- empty trash and spot sweep floors as needed or when requested by management
- perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown duties
- restock and prepare supplies for shift changes and closing
- ensure food is properly garnished prior to delivery to guests
- follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely delivery
- buss and reset tables
- deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- offer assistance by clearing dishes and glassware and refilling beverages
- assist in party setup
- maintain restroom cleanliness including restocking supplies
- clean high chairs and booster chairs
- assist other team members as needed or when business demands
- demonstrate friendliness and smile while working days, nights, and weekends as required
- communicate clearly with guests and team members
