Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to stand or walk 100% of the shift
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Must work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Physical capability to perform assigned tasks
- Willingness to follow all safety and sanitation policies
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and able to smile throughout shifts
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including days, nights and weekends
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic understanding of food service and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Adheres to safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Maintains cleanliness and stocking of bus stands
- Ensures wait stations remain clean
- Empties trash and spot sweeps as needed or requested
- Performs opening and closing duties including party breakdown
- Restocks and prepares supplies for shift changes
- Ensures food is garnished correctly before serving
- Follows tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely food delivery
- Bussing and resetting tables
- Delivers food to guests and checks their needs
- Clears dishes and refills beverages
- Assists in party setup
- Maintains restroom cleanliness and restocks supplies
- Cleans high chairs and booster seats
- Assists team members as needed
- Maintains a friendly demeanor during day, night and weekend shifts
- Communicates effectively with guests and team members
