Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- walk or stand 100% of shift
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 16 years of age
- restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
- friendly and able to smile throughout shift
- ability to work flexible hours including days, nights and weekends
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- maintain bus stand cleanliness and stocking
- ensure wait stations remain clean
- empty trash and spot sweep as needed
- perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown duties
- restock and prepare supplies for shift changes or close
- ensure proper food garnishing prior to serving guests
- follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely and correct food delivery
- bus and reset tables
- deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- assist guests by clearing dishes and glassware and refilling beverages
- assist in party setup
- maintain restroom cleanliness and restock supplies
- clean high chairs and booster seats
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain friendly demeanor and smile while working various shifts
- communicate clearly with guests and team members
- work days, nights and weekends as required
