Job Requirements
- work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- stand and move about facility for long periods
- walk or stand 100% of shift
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 16 years of age
- restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
- friendly and able to smile frequently while working various shifts
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- maintain bus stand cleanliness and stocking
- ensure wait stations remain clean
- empty trash and spot sweep as needed or when a manager requests
- perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown duties
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
- ensure food is properly garnished prior to delivery
- follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely food delivery
- buss and reset tables
- deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- clear away dishes and glassware and refill beverages for guests
- assist in party setup
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms including restocking supplies
- clean high chairs and booster seats
- assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
- maintain a friendly demeanor and smile while working days, nights and/or weekends
