Job Requirements

- work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- move about facility and stand for long periods
- walk or stand 100% of shift

- able to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- capable of standing and walking for long periods
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- maintain bus stand cleanliness and stocking
- ensure wait stations remain clean
- empty trash and spot sweep when needed or when requested by a manager
- perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown duties
- restock and prepare supplies for shift changes or close
- ensure food is properly garnished prior to delivering to guests
- follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely delivery
- buss and reset tables
- deliver food to tables and check guest satisfaction
- clear dishes and glassware and refill beverages
- assist in party setup
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms including restocking supplies
- clean high chairs and booster chairs
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain a friendly and positive demeanor during work shifts
