Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- capability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods of time
- must walk or stand 100% of the shift
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
- friendly personality with a positive attitude
- ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, and weekends as required
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience combining food, drinks, and games in a celebratory environment
- adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- maintain bus stand cleanliness and stocking
- ensure wait stations remain clean
- empty trash and spot sweep floors as needed or requested by managers
- perform opening and closing duties including party breakdown
- restock and prepare supplies for shift changes or closes
- ensure food is properly garnished prior to delivery
- follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely, correct food delivery
- bus and reset tables
- deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- assist guests by clearing dishes and glassware and refilling beverages
- assist in party setup
- maintain restroom cleanliness including restocking supplies
- clean high chairs and booster seats
- assist other team members as required
- maintain a friendly demeanor with consistent smiling while working varied shifts
- communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
