Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly including days, nights, and weekends
- Demonstrated friendliness and positive attitude
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- Adhere to company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking of bus stand
- Ensure wait stations remain clean
- Empty trash and perform spot sweeps as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties including party breakdown
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift changes
- Ensure food is properly garnished before serving
- Follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely delivery
- Buss and reset tables
- Deliver food to tables and assist guests
- Clear dishes, glassware, and refill beverages
- Assist in party setup
- Maintain cleanliness and restocking of restrooms
- Clean high chairs and booster chairs
- Assist team members as needed
- Maintain friendly attitude during various shifts
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members
