Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand 100 percent of the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior restaurant, bar or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to handle fast-paced and noisy work environments
- Basic math skills for handling orders and transactions
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience combining food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebration
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Maintain bus stand cleanliness and stocking
- Ensure wait stations remain clean
- Empty trash and perform spot sweeps as needed or when requested by management
- Perform opening and closing duties including party breakdowns
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift changes or close
- Ensure food is properly garnished before delivering to guests
- Follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely food delivery
- Buss and reset tables
- Deliver food to tables and ensure guests have all they need
- Clear away dishes and glassware, and refill beverages as needed
- Assist in party set up
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and restock supplies
- Clean high chairs and booster chairs
- Assist other team members as needed or as business requires
- Maintain friendliness and positive attitude during shifts
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members
