Job Requirements

must be at least 16 years of age
ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
ability to read and write handwritten notes
ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
must be able to walk or stand 100 percent of shift

Job Qualifications

must be at least 16 years of age
must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
must be friendly and able to smile consistently
ability to handle physical tasks such as walking, standing, lifting and carrying
basic reading and writing skills

Job Duties

delivers unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
responsible for bus stand cleanliness and stocking
ensures wait stations remain clean
empties trash and spot sweeps floors as needed or when a manager requests
performs opening and closing duties including party breakdown
restocks and prepares supplies for shift changes or closing
ensures food is properly garnished before serving
follows tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely food delivery
busses and resets tables
delivers food to tables and ensures guests have everything they need
offers assistance by clearing dishes, glassware and refilling beverages
assists in party setup
maintains restroom cleanliness including restocking supplies
cleans high chairs and booster seats
assists other team members as needed
maintains friendly demeanor and smiles while working various shifts
communicates clearly with guests and team members
